To make sure everything reaches us safely and is fit for recycling, please follow these simple steps:

Wash the empties thoroughly with plain water to remove any leftover product.
Let them dry in shade—no moisture, please! Damp containers can lead to mold or damage other packaging in transit.
Flatten the outer brown boxes or any product cartons before packing. It saves space and reduces the risk of breakage.
Wrap the items in newspaper or scrap paper—something you already have at home. It protects fragile jars and keeps things tidy.

Leaky or unwashed bottles may spoil other empties, making them non-recyclable.
Wet packaging can attract mold, making store credit ineligible.
Loose glass jars without wrapping may break and hurt someone during sorting.
Bulky, unflattened boxes take up more space and cost more to transport—less eco-friendly and more wasteful.
