This policy applies to all purchases made from Blush Bunny Organics, operated by M S BLUSH BUNNY ORGANICS (“we”, “us”, “our”).
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
2. Delivery Time
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on location and courier service.
- Delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Address Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping address and contact details.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear re-shipping charges.
- Blush Bunny Organics is not responsible for delivery failure due to wrong address or unreachable customer.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared.
- If courier tracking shows “Delivered”, Blush Bunny Organics will not be responsible for theft, loss, or non-receipt claims.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- In case of courier loss or damage in transit, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier company.
- Final responsibility and resolution timeline depends on the courier partner.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Post-Shipment Cancellation Handling
If customer refuses delivery or requests cancellation after shipment,
₹100 will be deducted as handling and logistics charges from the refund (if applicable).
3. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Operational or logistical issues
In such cases, full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

Courier delays, address issues, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Blush Bunny Organics.
