This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Blush Bunny Organics, operated by
M S BLUSH BUNNY ORGANICS (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through:

Words with capitalized first letters have meanings defined below, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this policy:
- Company refers to M S BLUSH BUNNY ORGANICS (Blush Bunny Organics), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
- Website refers to https://blushbunnyorganics.com
- Goods / Products refer to the items offered for sale.
- Order means a request by you to purchase products from us.
- You / Customer means the individual or legal entity placing the order.
⏳ RETURN WINDOW
- Return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
✅ ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURN / REFUND
Returns or refunds are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- Product is damaged, leaked, broken, or defective on arrival
- Wrong product delivered
- Product does not suit the customer (subject to inspection and conditions below)
❌ NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or partially used products
- Opened or tampered products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Free gifts or promotional items
🧪 INSPECTION & QUALITY CHECK
- All returned products are subject to inspection at our warehouse.
- If the product is found used, tampered, or not matching the return claim, refund will be rejected and product may be returned back to customer.
🚚 RETURN METHOD
Customer can choose either:
Option 1: Self-Shipping
Send the product to:

Uttar Pradesh, India
- Customer bears return shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Option 2: Pickup by Us
- We can arrange pickup.
- Pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
💰 REFUND AMOUNT & DEDUCTIONS
If return is approved:
Refund Amount = Product value minus:
- Pickup or return shipping charges
- Handling / logistics charges
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable)
⏱️ REFUND TIMELINE
- Once return is received and approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
💳 CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
- COD orders are not eligible for instant source refunds.
- In such cases, refund (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or other suitable method after verification.
❗ LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or bank (processing time may apply)

🔄 EXCHANGES
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
🚫 REFUND ABUSE & FRAUD PROTECTION
We reserve the right to:
- Reject suspicious or repeated refund requests
- Block accounts
- Take legal action in case of fraud, misuse, or chargeback abuse
⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Blush Bunny Organics is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity issues
- Incorrect usage of products
- Courier delays or losses beyond our control
- Incorrect address provided by customer
